The former All-Star forward Carmelo Anthony has signed a deal to play this season with the Trailblazers.
He will most likely be coming off the bench. This is great news for CJ McCollum and Damian Lillard who will accept his veteran leadership. The Trailblazers have a very young team and hope they can use what's left of Anthony for a run at the championship this season.
Portland is lacking at the forward position with Zach Collins going down because of injury. They are skidding towards the bottom of the Western conference with eight losses already this season.
