Eagles Make State Tournament

Eagleville beats Gordonsville 4-1 in the Sectional game to reach the TSSAA State Tournament.

Senior pitcher Caleb Holdcraft pitched a complete game. They will be playing Summertown Tuesday at 6:30 P.M. who has a record of 28-10. Loretto who is the defending champions are also in the tournament and the Eagles have defeated them twice this season.

This is head coach Travis Holland’s first appearance in the State Tournament. The last three years their season had ended at this point in the season. They will be playing at Riverdale High School.
