Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi went from sleeping outside of an NFL tryout to returning a punt for a touchdown in his debut.
He was a Junior College All American in 2016 leading the nation in kick returning. Other than that, this is as far as his football career went. Sheehy-Guiseppi was not able to find a Division I program to play for. After his JUCO career ended he began to train in hopes of making an NFL roster.
After hearing of a tryout in Miami without a formal invite he found his way into it. Running a 4.38 time in a 40-yard dash was enough to catch their eye. He then made the preseason roster for the Cleveland Browns giving him the chance that he has been yearning for.
