The Fortnite community is responding with mixed reviews after Season X has added and taken away many features.
For over a year now Fortnite has been the most popular game on Twitch and YouTube. Streamers like Ninja, TSM Myth, Tfue and CouRage JD gave the game lots of notoriety at the beginning of its reign at the top. Now these same streamers are straying away from Fortnite lately because of what the Epic Games developers have implemented in the new season.
The B.R.U.T.E. Mech robot is the main complaint that most gamers have. A very popular opinion is that it is too overpowered and unnecessary. There are little ways to counter the Mech. Popular streamers are not happy with this decision to put it in the game.
Also, there are not a lot of ways to travel around the map because Epic has taken out all the vehicles besides the hoverboard. There are also no split streams which were added in season 9 and quickly removed this season.
As of late streamers such as Bugha, the world cup solo winner, Cloakzy and others have been playing Minecraft for their viewers. This really might be the fall of Fortnite after nearly a year unless something changes.
