Is Playboi Carti's WLR Really Dropping At Midnight?

Since August of 2018 Playboi Carti has been teasing his fans of a coveted album titled Whole Lotta Red.

Through various delays and speculations people really have no information on the project because of how much of a mystery he really is. Carti has always had a distant presence online so when he does post it gets a ton of attention. He took to Twitter earlier this week to officially announce that the album was finished and has a release date of December 25th.

He confirmed and addressed a lot of rumors about WLR as well such as posting a video with Kid Cudi listening to a version of his leaked track fan titiled Pissy Pamper (Kid Cudi).

His fanbase is so incredibly loyal and dedicated that they will reach every single depth of the internet to find a sliver of information about WLR. Although it appears that he is serious about this release date it should be looked at skeptically because Playboi Carti is the rap game's most interesting riddle. Don't be disappointed if the project doesn't come as a Christmas present.
