The Blue Raiders beat TSU pretty handily at home and hope to bring their best against Duke at home.
It isn’t often that MTSU gets to host and power five school. The square off against the Blue Devils this Saturday at 6:00. Both teams have a record of 1-1 after the lost to Alabama week one and beat UNC A&T last week.
Asher O’Hara had a great game against TSU throwing for 367 yards, four touchdowns and rushing for 103 yards. Chaton Mobley also rushed for over 100 with two touchdowns.
The Blue Raider defense hopes to contain Quentin Harris who is a senior quarterback. This is his first year as a starter and he knows the system pretty well. He threw for 345 yards and four touchdowns last week. Reed Blankenship for MTSU has been the leader for the defense coming down with two picks last week and nine tackles.
