Marck Cerny, a lead developer for Sony, did an interterview with wired touched base on details of the newest console they will be releasing. Although there are not any pictures or a date just yet it is confirmed that a new system is on the way.
There isn't much else known about the so called PS5 just yet besides that there will be an improvement in the graphics qualities. Higher resolutions beyond 4K is rumored to be implemented into the new gaming system. PS4 and PSVR games will be compatible with the system just as the PS3 games are with the older console. A preorder is not available yet but when it does there will be much more news about the so called PS5.
