The Trail Blazers take a 2-1 lead over the Nuggets at home in the first overtime game of the 2019 playoffs.

CJ McCollum leads the way with 41 points and played 60 minutes. He tied the game with less than 10 seconds left in the first OT. Without big shots from Rodney Hood Portland may have not won this game. He entered the game in the 4th OT and had fresh legs among the fatigued players. Hood went on to score 19 points and 7 of them came at the end of the game.

Denver was anchored by Nikola Jokic who played 65 minutes and had a triple double. He nearly set and NBA record for most minutes in a game. This still wasn't enough to stop Portland's home win streak at 12 games. Paul Millsap also hit some big shots in OT to keep the Nuggets in the game.

Damian Lillard added 28 points and hit a 30-foot three pointer in the 2nd OT to keep his team alive. Enes Kanter played despite a separated shoulder. His availability for the next game is questionable. Game 4 is Sunday at 6:00 PM CST at Portland and will be on TNT.
