In January the XFL will start its first season that will be 10 games.
The first few round of their first draft has concluded today. Tomorrow the rest of the players will be drafted. It includes a multitude of players who aren’t quite skilled enough for the NFL or athletes looking for a second chance.
Some of the notable players taken so far are Cardale Jones to the Defenders who won a championship with Ohio State, Aaron Murray from Georgia who was a started in the SEC and selected by Tampa Bay, Connor Cook from Michigan State taken by Houston and Keenan Reynolds who is listed as a wide receiver from Navy who has the most rushing touchdowns in NCAA history was drafted by Seattle.
Their players are hopeful that this league can stay together so that they can get the chance to play professional ball like they never have before.
