Yesterday there was supposed to be a decision of if football, soccer and other local high school sports were allowed to restart when the new school year starts.
TSSAA is going to vote on a plan to keep student athletes, coaches and fans safe from COVID-19. They are working with the Governor's office and will follow whatever guidelines are put into place.
Normally teams would have already starting practice sessions in preparation for the season. The organization and schools want to make sure that they make the right choice.
