What to Expect From College Football This Season

The 2020 NCAA Football season is expected to happen with certain exceptions.

The five main conferences have announced a ten-game season with minimal travel and zero fans. Players have the options to opt out of the season. The games will be delayed at least a few weeks.

The SEC will begin on September 26th with the conference championship in Atlanta on December 19th. There will be no non-conference games.

For the Big 12 they made their decision just days ago. They will play nine conference games and one home game outside the conference. Kansas and Oklahoma and scheduled to play August 29th.

The Big Ten was the first league to come out with an adjusted schedule. They do not have exact dates yet for their games but will more than likely just play teams from their East or West divisions.

Labor Day is when the ACC will begin. They will be doing a ten-game season with one single non-conference game in their home state. The conference championship will feature the two teams with the best winning percentage. Also, Notre Dame will join the conference for this season.

The Pac 12 will start on September 26th with ten games with one of them being outside their division.

The National Championship game is schedule for January 11th in Miami.
